Go to the Evaluations page and click + New Evaluation.

Fill in the basic information for your evaluation, such as the evaluation name, description, and other details.

Choose the language for your evaluation. This determines the supported languages for audio analysis.

Select whether the evaluation will be Single or Double.

Choose an instruction type (Do, Warning, or Don’t) and provide clear guidance to help participants complete the evaluation effectively. You can also include an example for better clarity. After adding your instructions, click Next to proceed.

Create queries for your evaluation. You can use Podonos-provided templates or create your own custom queries to suit your needs. Click Add Query to start customizing. Once added, you can further refine your custom queries:

Upload the necessary audio or text files for your evaluation. Use tags to categorize files, making it easier to analyze results based on specific tags. Assign tags to your files using the tagging interface. Tags help organize your files and enable detailed analysis by tag categories. After tagging, your files will be ready for use in the evaluation. If needed, you can add more files and tag them accordingly.

Review all the details of your evaluation on the summary page. Ensure that all the information is correct before confirming. Proceed to payment to confirm your evaluation.

Once the payment is complete, your evaluation request is confirmed. You can view the details of your completed evaluation from the dashboard or through email.
